Energy Boost

Do you need energy to get you through the rest of your day? Did you wake up tired and need that extra umph to get you going? If so here is an easy and delicious recipe for you to get through your day.

Ingredients:

Banana

Natural Yogurt

Honey

Whole Wheat seedy toast or fruit bread.

You can toast your bread or leave it untoasted. Chop up your banana and place it on your toast. Use a dallop of yogurt to put over the bananas and pour honey over the yogurt. This is a delicious as well as a healthy snack or breakfast. It gives you a lot of energy to get through the day.

  1. Oh my gosh, this sounds so frekin good!! I usually just will sit down with a banana and yogurt, cut off a piece of the banana at a time and dip it in the yogurt and eat it. It is good to mix things up, and I will definitely try this(:
